BURN-IN at the ARTfair Innsbruck 2022

BURN-INs GreenART is dedicated to the eternally current battle & power places of nature at the ARTfair Innsbruck 2022. There duels at first sight strongly controversial. The lovely and at the same time combat-emphasized floral militancy of Ellen Semen meets Susanne Guzei's mystical-harmonious Nature.Space.Ritual Worlds in a tension-filled dialogue. Only on closer inspection, quasi at second glance, the viewer feels the common intention of the artists and decodes the supposed cultureclash as a wonderful call to raise awareness for the precarious situation and at the same time to experience the valuable symbiosis of nature, art & culture with all senses and to draw lasting strength from it.

STILLNESS OF BEING

BURN-IN EXHIBITION AT Traditional Department Store GERNGROSS

In March 2022, the contemporary BURN-IN Gallery will take the artists Richard Fischer and Linda Steinthórsdóttir on a journey into the extravagant worlds of nature and culture, inspired by happiness, and will occupy another atypical art space in the heart of Vienna, the traditional Gerngross department stores'.

Authentic, new online presence for Ladislav Černý

Digital transformation for artists
is based on culture, processes and technology. Many artists are convincing with their independent works and strong personalities. However, when it comes to digital communication and transformation, the importance of which has now been recognized by almost all traditional art market participants (The Art Basel UBS Art Market Report 21), great opportunities are being missed. The focus here is on digital mass products and campaigns without having developed long-term, sustainable and authentic positioning strategies beforehand.

Artworks

A subtle Christmas exhibition about the natural and artistic beauty and the common good of all of us for the contemplative Christmas season.

In the shadow of the natural beauty, the tender little plant of the common good that connects us all, which is existentially threatened worldwide, withers almost unnoticed by many. A dying species that relies on trust, appreciation, respect and love and recognizes that for sustainable survival, harmony between humanity and nature is needed.

Artworks

With the 40th art feature Spiritual Watercolors, Alberta brings the delicate watercolors of Indian painter, draftsman and watercolorist Asit Poddar before the curtain. The cosmopolitan is one of those gifted storytellers who empathically weave all their acquired sensory impressions and experiences into their artistic creations. The continuous transition from past to present is reflected in many of his paintings and becomes a central, significant element. One can literally feel the silence he senses on the mountains and in the deep valleys.

With the 39th art feature Ensō curator Alberta refers to elements of Japanese calligraphy in Nessling's works. Exemplified by the Ensō (Japanese for circle), which has high symbolic power in Zen Buddhism and stands for enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and also emptiness. The symbolic of these calligraphic elements reflects many times the expression of the moment and is found in the Expressive Urban Contemporary Art of Salzburg artist Sabine Nessling, who thus develops a very special, unique aura.

Black and white is not in the eye of the beholder,
but in the soul of the artist.

Richard Fischer

Richard Fischer stages his expressive floral beauties in the monochrome cycle and relies on the magic of black and white photography. In doing so, he inverts the sensual rush of colour in a minimalist motif dusting and dramatizes his artistic message in an incredibly charming way.
