Project SAMENBANK - the perfect nucleus
By anchoring sustainability in their core business, companies create added value:
for society and for the company.
Wirtschaftskammer Österreich
The topics of sustainability, creating meaning, BURN-OUT and BORE-OUT are on the minds of many companies and form the foundation of this year's exhibition series in the BURN-IN Gallery.
In the think tank, BURN-IN is developing new approaches to the topic of sustainability in cooperation with interested companies in order to consciously create this customized added value for their own company and society. Creating meaning, BURN-OUT and BORE-OUT are also brought into context. After all, the aim is to retain and attract satisfied, motivated employees to the company and reduce the economic damage of €7 billion per year (source: Prof. Friedrich Schneider | J. Kepler University Linz).
The BURN-IN Business Circle III (BBCIII), our 4-hour event, creates the perfect setting for this and offers the opportunity to approach the topic of sustainability from different angles in a small group, to be inspired and to develop initial solutions.
Three experts, Sonja Dolzer, Mischa Erben and Mischa Skorecz (from the fields of marketing, management | psychology, art | photography, art), present their respective views on the topic and discuss how the interdisciplinary symbiosis of art/marketing/communication/psychology & management/sustainability works and how you can deeply anchor and transplant sustainability and art into companies.
Further, company-specific BURN-IN seminars provide tailor-made strategic concepts and artistic realization.

Sustainability gains depth where it is not only organized, but also culturally anchored, emotionally charged and thought through together.

What the Business Circle makes possible
Sustainability as a field of cultural development
The third Business Circle shows that sustainability goes far beyond ecological measures and is deeply linked to a sense of purpose, corporate culture and long-term employee loyalty.
Bringing together interdisciplinary perspectives
Art, communication, psychology and management enter into a joint dialog and open up new approaches to sustainable corporate development.
Using project ideas as a starting point
SAMENBANK provides a concrete content-related and artistic impulse from which further strategies and formats can grow.
From dialog to strategic deepening
Presentations, kick-offs and joint discussions create a sound basis for further, company-specific BURN-IN seminars.
Charging sustainability with attitude
The format makes it clear that sustainable development is particularly effective when it is anchored emotionally, culturally and organizationally.
Creating space for joint thinking
The Business Circle offers a concentrated framework in which companies, experts and artists can explore future issues together.
