Ältere Dame (80+) came asking something in German. She kept saying “Burn In”, “Galerie” and “Dolzer”. I apologised about not been able to speak German, I gave her the card and told her to call Sonja Dolzer if she needed anything. She kept talking angrily in German so I suggested she wrote it down on the keyboard (so I could see the translation and help her), but she got more upset and left.
