New BURN-IN packages for companies and artists

Corporate culture is rarely what it says in the mission statement. It often works unconsciously - in exchanges, routines, decisions and what is considered "normal" in everyday life. Values are reflected in behavior; norms regulate processes. Culture is shaped by company history, founders, leadership and employees: successes, crises, heroic stories - collective memories that shape attitudes.

Cultural change often fails when it becomes a campaign: new values, new claims, but little coherence in action. Change succeeds when behaviour changes - with spaces for reflection, feedback from the organization and also unconventional impulses: art, coaches, new perspectives. It takes structure, clarity, passion - and the staying power to recognize old patterns and anchor new routines.
