Over 130 exhibitors from Austria, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Hungary showcased interesting products from the fields of interior design to fashion and many new design trends far removed from large-scale mass production.
BUN-IN was represented at a design trade fair for the first time. The trade visitor days on Thursday and Friday in particular met our expectations. But interesting contacts were also made on the public days.
The ambience in the Linz Design Center was perfect for the event. But our stand also impressed with its puristic presentation and the focus on our expressive visualizations and the four unique pieces by the artists erpe vienna, hannana, chmel and schwenkreich.
Our "metallic" one-off "ultimate ambition", weighing over 20 kilos, was particularly well received.
The work "Space Night" by erpe Vienna not only shone at the BURN-IN stand. Our stage branding on over 80 m2 transported the audience to other spheres and attracted a lot of attention.
All in all, a very successful trade fair.
What we would like to see in 2012:
- A mix of participants from art | design | architecture
- Expert lectures, that attract even more and, above all, international trade visitors
- Food and catering also reflect the culture of the event and should be reconsidered | Food design and menu

BURN-IN team at the design fair: Renate Polzer | Sonja Dolzer | Susanne Chmel | Astrid Ploner
Where art, design and spatial staging come together precisely, the result is an appearance that is not only visible, but also memorable.
